Faulty Item/s and Change of Mind Returns
All custom teamwear purchases are final sale unless deemed faulty. For faulty items, please contact hello@nxisport.com.au to organise a replacement with your name, club name and the item you would like to return.
Activewear
Faulty Item/s Returns
If your item is deemed faulty, you may return and receive a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
To organise you return, please email hello@nxisport.com.au with your full name, order number and the item you would like to return.
We will evaluate the item and advise whether your return has been accepted. If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed.
Change of Mind Returns
Any Item/s that are not deemed faulty can be returned for a store credit reflecting the full amount paid.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
To organise your return, please email hello@nxisport.com.au with your full name, order number and the item you would like to return.
Once we receive your request, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. You will need to cover the cost of shipping.
